We are happy to return or exchange unworn in-stock items within 7 days of your order being delivered for a full refund. Any returns postmarked after 7 days of being received will not be accepted. Pre-ordered garments are cut for your specific order and are not considered in-stock. Any product that is being offered in a pre-order will be indicated on the product page. Please refer to our pre-order process below. Items must be returned in their original poly bag, with all tags intact via UPS. We will not accept Fedex or USPS returns. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of the return being received and inspected. All returns must have no signs of visible wear, must be returned in their original poly bag, with all tags intact. Assessing the condition the garment is returned in is at the discretion of the MM team and subject to the ability to be refunded.

All original artwork is one of a kind. All artwork is final sale. As all art is one of a kind, store credit will not be accepted for made to order art.

All sale items are final sale. Promo codes are considered final sale, and cannot be refunded.

Upon purchasing a gift card, you will be sent a unique code with the ability to shop on our website. Gift cards may be used during sale periods but are not applicable to pre-order products. 

Store credit will be honored for all full priced in-stock "webstock" items.  Store credit will not be applicable to pre-order items. 

All cocktail napkins will be eligible for returns in the form of merchandise credit only.

Please bear in mind that when you preorder a garment, it is being cut & sewn because you ordered it. This ensures you will secure your size in the case the item sells out quickly, as they often do. If you would like to exchange a preorder for a different size, we are happy to do so if available. If you would like to return a preorder, we are able to offer store credit only. Certain pre-orders are subject to additional conditions and will be communicated during the pre-order period.
