All returns must have no signs of visible wear, and it is up to the discretion of the MM team.

All sale items are final sale. Promo codes, with the exception of the 10% first time customer HELLOMM, are considered sales, and cannot be refunded. Size exchanges will be offered only when available. 

All pre-order merchandise purchased during both trunkshows and through correspondence with the MM team is made to order, and is therefore non-refundable. A size exchange will be offered when available.
