We recommend dry cleaning all MM pieces with the exception of swimwear. Please consider the quality of your dry cleaning services available, not all are equal. All embellishments are extremely heat sensitive and can be compromised with poor care and inferior servicing. If proper dry cleaning services are not available, we suggest following the below care guide for spot treatment. Care Guide
Our swimsuits should not be dry cleaned or bleached. Wash cold with like colors and line dry when needed.
Our team takes 1-2 business days to process an order. Please note, all orders placed past 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. You'll get a shipment email with a tracking number as soon as the order ships. Cheers!
We are happy to return or exchange unworn items for a full refund within 7 days of your order being delivered. If you have any questions about how to jumpstart your return or exchange, please contact us at hello@mollymoorkamp.com.

All returns must have no signs of visible wear, and it is up to the discretion of the MM team.

- All bridal is made to order and has a 60 day lead time. ***Please note, most of our bridal pieces are able to ship once a size is confirmed within 2 weeks. 60 days is to include extra time for postal delays and alterations.
- 60 day lead time accommodates 1 at home try-on, with ground shipping.
- Each bridal order includes one complimentary try-on of a running line item in the same silhouette in a maximum of 2 sizes to find the perfect fit.
- We do not ship bridal product for try-ons.
- We are happy to ship you sizes of running line product to try on to find your perfect fit. Shipping to the customer is complimentary, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Customer will have 2 weeks to try on the garments. If we do not receive return shipment tracking within 14 business days of receipt, the customer will be invoiced in full for product.
- We are happy to accommodate expedited orders. The customer will forfeit the complimentary try-on period and will be invoiced for all expedited shipping to insure deadline.
- All additional alterations will be done with the customer's local tailor.
- We suggest storing your MM bridal piece in a dark (preferably black) garment bag, with zero sun exposure prior to wearing.
- All bridal pieces are dry clean only.
