Privacy Policy

• The customer provides: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, order history, sizing or measurement details for custom work, and anything you write to us.
• Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, how you arrived, and cookie identifiers.
• From others: payment confirmation and fraud signals from our payment processor, and campaign data from advertising platforms. We never see your full card number.

To process and ship orders and handle returns; to answer questions and provide service; to send marketing if you've opted in; to detect and prevent fraud and chargebacks; to understand how the site is used so we can improve it; and to keep tax, accounting and legal records.

Shopify (store and checkout), our payment processor, Klaviyo (email and SMS), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta and TikTok (advertising), shipping carriers, and our fulfillment and customer-service tools. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is ever sold. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the shop and remember your cart, plus analytics and advertising cookies from Google, Meta and TikTok that help us understand what's working and reach people who might like the clothes. Advertising cookies mean some states treat what we do as "sharing" information for targeted advertising.

You can change your choices any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page. You can also block cookies in your browser, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them.

Order, invoice and tax records for seven years. Account and customer records until you ask us to delete them, then only what the law requires us to keep. Marketing profiles until you unsubscribe, and for two years after that in a suppression list so we don't email you again by accident. Analytics and advertising data no more than 14 months. Emails to us for three years.

• Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, at hello@mollymoorkamp.com.

Some states, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and others, give residents the right to know what personal information a business holds, to get a copy of it, to correct or delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated worse for asking. We are below the size thresholds at which most of these laws formally apply to us, but we will honour any of those requests from anyone who makes one. Email hello@mollymoorkamp.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We'll verify it's really you by confirming details from your order history, and reply within 45 days. If we say no, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to that email.

If you're in Canada, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Marketing emails go only to people who have asked for them, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.

The shop is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Payments run over encrypted connections and are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers. We limit who on our side can see customer data. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.
